Walé is a global payments and fintech professional with over 16 years of experience in the industry. As an expert in cross-border payments and scaling fintech operations globally, he’s been a driving force at Paypal, Nuvei, Safecharge and The Rank Group.

Lukas has an impressive background in Human Resources leadership. He’s a highly successful entrepreneur and CEO at Kumo HR, an AI platform for recruitment, payroll, performance and compliance, bringing a wealth of experience across HR, AI and payments.
